In fact, I have led leadership development initiatives across three different banks, providing group coaching and individual mentoring that contributed to measurable growth. My coaching and group leadership have contributed to sustained development among peers and teams. I’ve also been entrusted with leadership and coaching opportunities in community, faith-based, and business environments.
On a personal level, I’ve enjoyed coaching basketball teams and leading groups as a consultant. Regardless the setting, I’ve consistently stepped into roles that allow me to provide leadership development and coaching.
